Beaver Creek intercepts contraband worth $162,000
Corrections Canada reports that between March 23rd and 24th, staff at Beaver Creek Institution seized packages containing contraband and unauthorized items, including tobacco, marijuana, crystal methamphetamine, and cannabis concentrate valued at $162,000.
Corrections Canada has heightened measures to ensure a safe environment for workers and inmates and is collaborating with law enforcement to take action against those attempting to introduce contraband.
